"Bernard" Puppet Fabrication

Bernard is an 8" stop motion puppet. The interior armature was crafted with aluminum armature wire and epoxy putty, then bulked with athletic wrap. The exterior of the puppet was fabricated with corduroy and clothed with hand-sewn miniature garments. A velcro patch has been attached to the face to accommodate hand-sculpted replacement mouths. Nuts have been built in to both feet to help with the tie-down process during animation.
